Setting up a nursery for a new member of the family is exciting. It's your chance to be the interior designer you never knew you wanted to be. It's also exciting to pick out new items for someone you know who's expecting. There's a lot to think about when it comes to filling up your baby's room with things that they'll like, but you might also want the room to be as wonderful and playful as it can be, in style of course.

If you love intricate detail and theming, Babyjives and Co. have plenty of mobiles handmade in the USA that would be perfect for your baby's room, over a cradle, changing table, or just from the ceiling for decor. From clouds to dragons, to gorgeous butterflies, the mobiles are all made with quality materials like wool, leather, and high-quality wood. Each mobile has character and will fit in with any aesthetic design you choose for the baby's room.

Even way after the newborn years, the designs and products from Babyjives can be put up in any kid's room if they enjoy charming and fantastical designs. If you like their mobiles, you can check out their wall decorations, swaddles, babywear, and more here:

New York Fashion Week is in full swing until the 16th. It's the place to see all the newest collections from not only the top designers in the world but also some great small and new designers from the great city of New York. This isn't just about the adult fashion though. Kid's fashion designers took to some of the stages these first few days of NYFW and showed off their 2019 collections.

On February 9th, a Brooklyn brand, Wonderland Childrenswear, showcased their Fall/Winter 2019 collection. Their brand is passionate about bringing age-appropriate styles and designs to kids with a flourish. Their collection mainly consisted of formal and party wear for kids and teens in navy blues and light sky shades of blue. There was also a black star-patterned design that showed up throughout the collection in the form of dresses, vests, and more. Check out some pictures below:

Eirene is well loved for their flowy dresses and beautiful signature use of Swarovski crystals to embellish their dresses with some sparkle. Their Spring/Summer collection is full of great party dresses and accessories for toddlers and little girls up to 16 years.

Every type of girl deserves a brand that caters to their style, and so Eirene caters to the ones who love delicate designs and likes to have fun. All of their items are designed and made in-house by their creative team. According to their Instagram, they ship worldwide and will be stocking their SS19 collection on their website very soon. If you live in New York or in the Brooklyn area, there is a great place to look for children's books, vintage or new, and for young readers and older readers that you can check out. For your little reader that loves to read stories and interact with others who love to read, having the right space for them to do that is very important. Stories is just the place for that, encouraging kids to read and providing events to bring them even closer to great children's authors.

Stories is both a bookstore and a Storytelling Lab that offers many different book events, clubs, and classes for those who love to tell stories of their own. Their bookstore contains beloved children's books both old and new, including chapter books, picture books, and fairytales.

They also help organize events like author storytimes where kids can have stories read to them by the author, and monthly readings and discussions. There's also a book-of-the-month book club for younger kids up to 5 years old to encourage reading at an early age.

If your kids love to read and tell their own stories but need a little extra help doing it, the Storytelling lab is one of the great things about Stories. They offer classes and programs for after school, weekends, and during the summer. From dance to art, to writing, their classes and labs teach kids about all the different ways to tell stories and express themselves. Classes require registration and aren't free, but there are plenty of drop-in events that are free or perfectly affordable.

Their free storytimes are on Sundays at 10:30 am, and staff hosted storytimes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am. If you love reading with your kids and are looking for a charming place for books in Brooklyn, check out Stories at 458 Bergen St.

It's officially been a year since Stormi Webster was born and introduced to the world. These first few years of childhood sure go by fast but Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are making them last.

Kylie shared a bunch of photos of Stormi on her Instagram to celebrate her daughter's birthday and many fans took to social media to celebrate and post their favorite pics as well. Kylie also posted a very sweet birthday message along with those photos.

"How did I get so lucky to have such a sweet, smart, happy, baby. I just couldn't have dreamt you up storm. I wish you could stay this little forever and I could protect that contagious smile and laugh of yours."

"I know you won't remember much about the first year of your life but I pray that you'll never forget to keep sharing your joy and laughter with the world. My love grows for you a thousand miles a minute. Every day with you is the best day of my life. Happy birthday to my angel on earth."

Happy Birthday to Stormi! I'm sure her first birthday is going to be a blast.
